''Eremophila abietina'', also known as spotted poverty bush, is a shrub which is endemic to a few arid areas of Western Australia. It contains large concentrations of resin and its leaves are a deep bluish green colour. ==Description== ''Eremophila abietina'' usually grows to a height of with leaves that are densely clustered, resinous, long and wide.〔 The flowers are borne singly in leaf axils on a flattened stalk long. The sepals overlap and are cream to reddish in colour, long, growing to long after flowering. The tube formed by the petals is long and is bluish green to pale purple with the lobes spotted purple. Flowering occurs between the end of winter and the middle of spring (August to October in Australia).
